About the Queens
We have been in the food and restaurant world for many years owning our own local business, catering small and large events. Our true love is food. In all the dishes we prepare, our love shows through our cooking. There is nothing better than seeing people's faces enjoying our food for the first time. Now, our journey is taking us on a new path. Our family has been preparing authentic Portuguese Paella for many years at family gatherings and we are now bringing it to share with others. The family recipe has been handed down for many generations and we are joining with my cousins, Jim and Mary Freitas ,“The Paella King” of South Florida , to bring our paella to you to enjoy along with us here in the Northeast.
