About the Queens

We have been in the food and restaurant world for many years owning our own local business, catering small and large events. Our true love is food. In all the dishes we prepare, our love shows through our cooking. There is nothing better than seeing people's faces enjoying our food for the first time. Now, our journey is taking us on a new path. Our family has been preparing authentic Portuguese Paella for many years at family gatherings and we are now bringing it to share with others. The family recipe has been handed down for many generations and we are joining with my cousins, Jim and Mary Freitas ,“The Paella King” of South Florida , to bring our paella to you to enjoy along with us here in the Northeast.

What Makes Us Special

We can plan any event to your liking and cook and serve authentic Paella on site at your special event. You and your guests will view us cook paella in our traditional pans from Spain right before your eyes.

Our most popular choice. This traditional Portuguese Paella consists of shrimp, mussels, and clams from the sea and chicken and chorizo from the land. We blend this together with rice and vegetables and our family recipe of spices to create the most unforgettable dish which will impress you and your guests.

Chicken & Chorizo Paella

We use only the finest ingredients in this classic Portuguese Paella. Our hand cut and trimmed Chicken, Chorizo from Spain, rice and vegetables together with our family recipe of spices make this dish a crowd pleaser.

Seafood Paella

Our seafood paella is filled with shrimp, mussels, and clams. We blend this together with rice, vegetables, and our family recipe of spices and will surely please any seafood lover.

Vegan Paella

Our vegetable paella is completely vegan. It is filled with the most freshest vegetables and all the delicious flavors of our other paella without meat, fish, or dairy.
